Thinking

I [see me] think quite a lot. Sometimes I think so much, it's just plain easy to fool me :-) Sometimes I'm even thinking about the very act of thinking... Haven't you ever wondered how you can suddenly hear voices inside you without really hearing, or seeing images [see photography] without using your eyes? And yet, it is so simple, until you begin to think about what's really happening, at the point where it goes from a simple act of thinking into an unexplainable, sometimes even impossible (if you try to try to visualize your thought hard enough, for instance) act. We can really never understand ourselves, simply because we have nothing to compare ourselves to, and we cannot step out of it. (Likewise, we cannot understand time, because we have nothing like it, and we've never lived without it -- interesting, no? I think religion [see religion] is somehow related to this...)
