I [see me] am not a very good photographer, neither artistic [see artistic] nor technically. However, I have a digital camera (actually two, a Sony P120, and a Nikon D70s) that I use from time to time, and I like having something solid from events and places. Usually, I just store them on my image page (don't worry about the host name, there is no dirty content :-) ), but sometimes I put a little more work into them, running them through the `digital dark room' [see computers] (usually using The GIMP on Linux [see Linux]).

Previously, I've played a bit with good old analog photography, but as I don't have a scanner (or rather, I do, but I've got no SCSI cable that will match the scanner to my SCSI card, and they're very hard to find), none of that has been uploaded. However, the image `gallery' over (the images are clickable for bigger versions, BTW) will probably continue to grow as I take more pictures I'm more or less happy with (not in that they're perfect or very good, but in that there is some aspect about them that appeal to me).
